Named for the shape-shifting sea god, who could bend and move without limit.
Expect three phases that restore range of motion, load it under real weight, then express strength and mobility as one fluid system.
Proteus, herdsman of Poseidon's seals, knew everything — past, present, and future — but answered no one freely. To get the truth you had to hold him while he changed: lion, serpent, water, tree. Only those who kept their grip through every shape got the answer.
Flow training is that hold. Mobility, control, and strength carried through every shape the body can take — the answer belongs to those who can move through all of them without letting go.
Proteus was the sea god who could take any shape — fluid, adaptable, never rigid. Proteus's Flow is built in his image: a 12-week program that develops strength and mobility as one system, so you're not just strong, but strong through a full, athletic range of motion.
Each week alternates Strength Days and Flow Sessions. On strength days you train three movement patterns — squat & push, hinge & pull, and carry & rotate — then finish with a short flow drawn from that day's mobility work, so your new range gets loaded and owned, not just stretched. On flow days you run a full mobility session as active recovery.
Across the phases, strength load climbs (higher reps to lower reps, added carries and power work) while the flow sessions stay constant — the mobility is the through-line that keeps every new pound of strength usable.
Every program ships as a print-ready PDF with full exercise tables and a week-by-week calendar.
