Plain English: when you buy a program, you're buying a personal copy. Train it, print it, keep it forever — just don't share or resell it.
Train Areté sells digital training programs, add-ons, and coaching services. By purchasing or using them, you agree to these terms.
Every purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license: use the PDF for your own training, on your own devices, printed as many times as you like. You may not share, resell, repost, or redistribute any Train Areté product, in whole or in part. All programs, text, layouts, and branding remain the intellectual property of Train Areté.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; Train Areté never sees or stores your card details. Digital products are delivered by download link after purchase. Coaching and nutrition coaching are recurring monthly services and continue until cancelled.
Training outcomes depend on effort, consistency, recovery, nutrition, and individual factors. We stand behind the programming, but no specific result is promised or implied.
Plain English: if a program isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time.
Digital products come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on your first purchase of each product. Email contact@train-arete.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no forms, no interrogation. Because these are digital files, refunds requested after 14 days can't be accommodated.
Olympian Coaching and Demeter's Table are monthly subscriptions. Cancel any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds. Your first week of coaching is covered by the same guarantee — if it's not a fit, say so and the first month is refunded.
Plain English: we collect the minimum needed to deliver what you bought, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it.
To deliver your purchases, provide coaching services, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send occasional updates about new programs. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties beyond the payment processor and email tools needed to operate the business.
Email contact@train-arete.com to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from any communication.
Plain English: these are general fitness programs, not medical advice. Check with your doctor before starting, train within your limits, and stop if something hurts.
Train Areté programs, add-ons, and coaching provide general fitness information and programming for healthy adults. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a physician, physical therapist, or other qualified health professional.
Consult your physician before beginning any Train Areté program — especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, have a medical condition or injury, take prescription medication, or have been advised to limit physical activity. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or shortness of breath beyond normal exertion.
Programs designed for people using GLP-1 medications (such as Circe) are companions to physician-supervised care, never a replacement for it. Follow your prescribing physician's guidance on medication, nutrition, and supplementation, and confirm any supplement or dietary change with them before making it.
Corrective-exercise content is designed to complement — not replace — care from a physical therapist or doctor. If you are currently injured or under treatment, get your provider's approval before starting.
Physical training carries inherent risk of injury. By using Train Areté products and services you voluntarily accept that risk and agree that Train Areté and its owner are not liable for injuries or damages arising from your training, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
