COACHING · ONGOING · 1-ON-1

A living plan that adjusts to you, whatever the goal — training and nutrition, with a real coach reviewing your progress every week.

  • Custom weekly programming
  • Form check video reviews
  • Direct messaging with your coach
  • Nutrition coaching included — Demeter's table, built in

Currently coaching 20+ clients in person every week, with 9 years of experience and 100+ clients trained — most stick around for months, many for years. Online coaching is kept to 12 spots so every check-in stays just as personal.

  • A meal framework built around your real life, not a meal plan you'll abandon
  • Weekly check-ins on habits, not just weight
  • Built into Olympian coaching · standalone for any program or bundle

THE COMEBACK · 12 WEEKS · FULL GYM REQUIRED

Persephone's return

Named for Persephone's seasonal return — renewal as a cycle, not a single sprint.

A comeback program built on muscle memory — three phases to rebuild lost strength and size faster than you built them the first time, with cut and bulk tracks so you can return on your terms.

The twelve labors

Named for Heracles' twelve trials, set to prove what discipline can overcome.

Twelve weeks, twelve labors — a named benchmark for every week, claimed inside the training you are already doing. Compound lifts, weekly progressive overload, and a deload built into week 12 that is not skipped.

ADVANCED WOMEN'S · 16 WEEKS · GYM REQUIRED

Hera

Named for the queen of Olympus — Zeus's equal, and the goddess of sovereignty.

The advanced tier above Amazonia — a 16-week, four-day split that sculpts full glutes, capped shoulders, and a back that narrows the waist. For women who've built the base and want a program that finally trains like they do.

GLP-1 COMPANION · 12 WEEKS · GYM OR HOME

Circe

Named for the goddess of transformation — who changed form deliberately, not by accident.

Built for people on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, or any GLP-1 medication. Resistance training structured to preserve muscle and protect metabolism during rapid weight loss — because the scale going down is only half the story. Works alongside your prescription, never in place of it; train under medical supervision.

OVER 40 · 12 WEEKS · GYM REQUIRED

Nestor

Named for the oldest warrior at Troy — still competing, still respected, training with more intention than anyone around him.

Built around the reality of training after 40 — joint-friendly movement selection, longer warm-ups, and strength and mobility working together rather than against each other.

Expect sled supersets, kettlebell ballistics, med-ball and battle-rope power, real barbell strength, and a reactive jump primer — structured to burn hard and build power without the muscle loss that comes from steady-state alone. One flexible day per week for whatever cardio you enjoy.

Named for the shape-shifting sea god, who could bend and move without limit.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

FAQ

How are the programs delivered?
Instant download, as beautifully typeset PDFs, through Gumroad. They're yours forever — read them on any device, print them, and re-download free whenever a program gets improved. No subscription, no expiry.
What are the tap-to-open exercise links?
Every exercise name in every book is a link to its own guide page — setup, execution cues, common mistakes, and tested alternatives if you're missing the equipment or a movement aggravates something. You'll want internet to open the guides; the workouts themselves work anywhere.
Which program should I start with?
Take the 60-second program finder — five questions, and it matches your goal, schedule, and equipment against all sixteen programs. Still torn? Ask via the contact section and I'll answer personally.
I'm new to lifting — is this safe for a beginner?
Yes — start with Prometheus's Spark, which is built for the first serious year: every movement taught from zero, loads kept submaximal, and effort capped on purpose. Every program in the catalog also prints its own guardrails — effort caps, joint-friendly alternatives, and a "when to run a light week" rule.
What equipment do I need?
It varies by program, and every program page lists exactly what its book asks for. If you train at home: Hestia's Hearth runs on bodyweight and bands alone, Circe includes a complete home build, and Prometheus's Spark has a minimal-equipment foundation version.
What's the difference between a program and coaching?
A program is the system, self-run — most people thrive on exactly that. Coaching is me running it for you: weekly check-ins with a reply inside 24 hours, form review from your videos, and a plan that adapts to your actual week. Program buyers who later want eyes on their training make the smoothest coaching clients.
What's your refund policy?
Plain English: if a program isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it. The long version lives on the legal page.
Do the programs get updated?
Constantly — cues sharpened, pages improved, guardrails added. Updates are free for life: re-download from your Gumroad receipt and you have the newest version. The Weekly Cue announces the meaningful ones.
THE WEEKLY CUE
